My people. Fine American home cooking. Large amount of food choices. Proper selections. Start small, they dish out huge portions and it's all you can eat. Salad bar and dessert too. All included. At a more than fair price!

We were hoping that this would be a good local country diner that we could make a habit of going to. We gave it its first shot a out 5 years ago and after this last experience we remember why we didnt come back since. The mashed potatos and macaroni and cheese both taisted like soap, like whoever was washing the pans they made them in didnt fully rince them. This was consistent with our first experience. The fried chicken was mediocre and taistless, a bit soggy and didnt adhere to the chicken very well... maybe they need a bit more cornmeal in the breading mix. Overall everything was sadly very bland and we wont be back. Being the only food in the area it is very sad that the food is bland cafeteria food vs the love infused southern charm baked into each bite we were hoping and still searching for.

My daughter and I are headed back home after taking the boys home to Texas and spending a much needed time with my Bestie. My daughter and I stopped for lunch at this little place that was a little piece off of I-20. It was a shock for sure. There is a produce stand outside but an amazing buffet inside. If you are ever near Douglasville, Georgia this is a must. It is buffet but the food is served by someone behind the counter so not just everyone touches your food, which is a huge plus to me. They even fix your drink and you have all you can eat. The place was packed!!! When we started eating even my daughter said, “Mama this taste just like your cooking!! COUNTRY!!” The fried chicken needs no assistance in it flavoring Yes, it’s a little drive off the beaten path but so worth it. The ladies working were absolutely amazing. Today they had fried chicken, baked chicken, neck bones, spaghetti, pinto, Lima, butter, and black eyed beans, green beans, rice, mashed potatoes, cabbage, watermelon, cantaloupe, sliced tomatoes, salad, bread and butter pickles, slaw, salad, biscuit and cornbread. I have no clue if I missed anything but it was GOOD!! Y’all come and try it!!
